I hated this book because it did not provide much exercises that I can do at home to lift weights to loose weight. I mostly saw gym equipment machines and weights for a workout.

I found this book to be very helpful! I loved it.

I had weight trained several years ago with good results but a bad fall down a flight of stairs led me in a different direction and I after gaining weight and loosing muscle I need to start again. This was an excellent fresh start for me.
